Productivity and Thoughts of Thanksgiving

Drinking tea and watching Ellen sure do feel better after a very productive morning and afternoon! I spent today’s holiday working from home in my pajamas–I had a pajama jammy jam, as my friend Caitlin termed days like these. I knew I was going to work on my pre-dissertation research project presentation, but I thought I could get through…ehh…half of it or so. I worked and worked and was really on a roll, and I’ve pretty much finished it! I’m really happy I was able to get through so much, and I’m really happy with it.
I am so looking forward to Nik’s and my Thanksgiving trip to Amesbury. We’ve been going each year for a few years now, and we love it. In less than two weeks, we will be with Memere, Pepere, my mom, Mandi, the Gonthiers, some Wrobels, and some more Levesques!! We’ll be relaxing at Memere and Pepere’s, walking along the Maine coast, engaging in a Levesque Family Amesbury Pub Crawl, eating a delicious Levesque Thanksgiving dinner, shopping and exploring…
one of these years I want to go out with you guys. I am DYING to go to Boston!! Hope you guys have a great time!
