Champagne and Tiramisu

Last night, our friends April and Seth had us over to their beautiful Berkeley apartment to celebrate our engagement. Fantastic cooks, April and Seth made us a wonderfully tasty meal of bread and hooch, Caesar salad, and carbonara. We finished off the meal with copious amounts of tiramisu and delicious red champagne.
April and Seth are planning their own wedding as well, and we can’t wait to join them in Boise to celebrate their marriage. Last night we did a lot of wedding talk–it was fun to chat with good friends who are planning at the same time we are. April will be a gorgeous bride, and Seth a very handsome groom. I’m so excited for them!
We stayed over late, talking, drinking, and laughing. I left feeling so happy to have friends like them. They’re wonderful people!! Thank you, Ape and Seth, for such a great night. Can’t wait to do it again soon.
