2011 Resolutions

New Years Resolutions:
- Start waking up earlier by 15 min each week until I’m getting up at 6:00 am maybe a bit earlier. This will hopefully allow me more free time in the morning to do the things that just cant be done before its time for bed. Id like to start exercising more as well as work on this site and other side projects. A full read on reasoning why is found at The Art of Manliness.
- Take my photography a bit more seriously. Id like to see myself taking more pictures than in previous years and having my camera with me whenever possible. Maybe go on some day excursions for some different scenery and possibly setup a small little portrait studio in the garage.
- Begin exercising multiple time a week for over 30 – 60 min. This will start slow probably twice a week at 30 min and then adding more days as my first resolution will begin providing more time to do so before having to go work at 9 am.
- Ive already begun eating some sort of breakfast every morning and expect this to continue. I now feel hungry three times a day where before I was only eating lunch and then eating dinner even though I never felt hungry.
- Eliminate Coca-Cola completely. Not to be confused with ixnaying the caffeine. I currently have anywhere from 2 – 5 cans a day! That’s 2 – 5 cans too many. 1 can = 140 calories. So that’s about 280 – 700 calories that are easily eliminated by drinking water. I’m not a big coffee drinker so the problem is ill end up having the caffeine withdrawals and that wont be fun.
