Getting Here and Getting Around

Airport Information:

The wedding ceremony and reception will be held in Malibu, California. If you are flying into town, it will be most convenient for you to fly into Los Angeles International Airport (LAX).

Transportation:

Due to the nature of the area (Los Angeles is so spread out!), we highly recommend that you rent a car. Doing so will allow you some freedom to explore the beautiful area and check out some of the attractions we have recommended. Each of the hotels we recommend offers rental car options on site. Feel free to ask hotel staff directly for more information, or to use a major car rental company at the airport.

However, it is not entirely necessary that you rent a car. We will be providing shuttle service from the Hyatt Westlake Plaza to and from the wedding, and taxis and hired shuttles are always an option. If you choose not to rent a car, you may hire a shuttle to transport you from the airport to the hotel. Roadrunner Shuttle and Limousine Service offers a special deal for transporting our guests from LAX to the Hyatt Westlake Plaza. From LAX to the Hotels

 

LAX to the Hyatt Westlake Plaza (42.5 miles)

  • Head south on World Way toward West Way
  • Keep left at the fork and merge onto W. Century Blvd.
  • Take the I-405 N ramp toward Sacramento
  • Keep left at the fork to merge onto the I-405 N
  • Take exit 63B to merge onto the US-101 N toward Ventura
  • Take exit 40 for CA-23 S
  • Turn left onto S Westlake Blvd.
  • Make a U-turn at Hampshire Rd.
  • Arrive at 880 S. Westlake Blvd.

 

LAX to The Ambrose (13.1 miles)

  • Head south on World Way toward West Way
  • Keep left at the fork and merge onto W. Century Blvd.
  • Take the I-405 N ramp toward Sacramento
  • Keep left at the fork to merge onto the I-405 N
  • Take exit 53B for Santa Monica Fwy.
  • Keep left at the fork to merge onto the I-10 W/Santa Monica Fwy.
  • Take exit 1C for Cloverfield Blvd.
  • Turn right onto Cloverfield Blvd.
  • Turn left onto Santa Monica Blvd. E.
  • Turn right onto 20th St.
  • Arrive at 1255 20th St.

From Hotels to the Wedding

 

From Hyatt Westlake Plaza to Saddlerock Ranch (10.5 miles)

  • Head northeast on S. Westlake Blvd.
  • Turn right to merge onto the US-101 S toward Los Angeles
  • Take exit 36 for Kanan Rd.
  • Turn right onto Kanan Rd.
  • Turn right onto Mulholland Hwy. and travel about a half mile
  • Turn right at the gate entrance to Saddlerock Ranch, marked 31727 Mulholland Hwy.
  • Drive in past the gate and stay on the paved roads
  • At the “Y” in the road, stay to your left
  • Turn left onto Semler Dr.
  • Pull all the way down the driveway toward the house, and valet will be waiting for you in the circular driveway

 

From The Ambrose to Saddlerock Ranch (27.6 miles)

  • Head southeast on 20th St. toward Arizona Ave.
  • Turn right to merge onto the I-10 W
  • Continue onto CA-1 N/Pacific Coast Hwy.
  • Turn right onto S. Kanan Dume Rd.
  • Sharp left onto Mulholland Hwy. and travel about a half mile
  • Turn right at the gate entrance to Saddlerock Ranch, marked 31727 Mulholland Hwy.
  • Drive in past the gate and stay on the paved roads
  • At the “Y” in the road, stay to your left
